Pearson Longman ELT publishes materials to help teachers and students of English at all levels. We combine the experience of Pearson, the world’s largest educational publisher, with the longstanding tradition of Longman, a household name for generations of English teachers and students around the world.

We are a broad, international company based in 64 different countries speaking at least fifty different languages. We have three main publishing centres in the UK, the US and Hong Kong as well as an extensive network of local companies, some with their own publishing centres, which enable us to maintain a strong local sales and marketing operation in almost every country in the world.

We are brought together by a single aim – to support and recognise classroom teachers of English as a foreign language. A great many of us are former teachers and we understand the difficulties and issues faced by teachers today. We constantly talk to teachers at every opportunity and we aim to reflect the reality of the classroom in the materials that we publish. We aim to make English language teaching and learning easier and more rewarding for everyone involved.
